Swan Training Group can offer you an QCF Level 2 training in Playwork. This qualification is available for anyone in a supervisory role as a playworker. Typical supervisory scenarios may involve;

• After-school clubs
• Holiday/Weekend playschemes
• School play centres
• Nursery and Crèches
•  Youth and Community workers

Our Playwork qualification will cover such units as; maintaining a safe and secure environment for children; protecting the rights of children and young people; promoting positive relationships with children and young people.

At Swan Training Group we offer a wide range of qualifications which are tailored to suit your employee’s needs. Being in the public sector,
we recognise the importance in being qualified in all aspects of your career. We propose to assign an assessor to your employees who will
make weekly visit tailored to suit your needs at a time that is
most appropriate for you.

To be eligible for this qualification, it is essential that you are working with a supervisory role as a playworker in any of the scenarios mentioned above. This qualification may also be relevant to playwork Managers and Directors or of the equivalent job role.
