ILM courses in Team Leading and Management offer an efficient and streamlined route to developing and certificating leadership, management and coaching skills.
These ILM certificated courses are based on structured training programmes, which may be delivered either through in-company tuition or via a blended approach using our E-portfolio system. 
Candidates undertake a series of short knowledge assessments which may be completed during the course modules or online. Higher level candidates also complete a work-based assignment.
ILM qualifications and courses provide an excellent choice when you need to develop new skills and require a cost-effective, 'light touch' assessment strategy.
Swan Training Group can offer a wide range of management qualifications. Currently we can offer from level 2 (equivalent to GCSE's - Grade A-C) to Level 5 (Level 5 and 6 are broadly equivalent to each of the three years of undergraduate education).
- NVQ Level 2 Team Leading (106.8 Kb)
- NVQ Level 3 Management (69.7 Kb)
Both level 2 & 3 can be funded if the learner meets Train to Gain Criteria, however level 5 is chargeable. All levels consist of high quality training and tuition and are aimed at middle to senior management.
