Our QCF Courses in Business Administration are nationally recognised qualifications tailored to suit the needs of your job role and are awarded by City and Guilds. The course is made up of 2 mandatory units which cover such things as job responsibilities and working within a business environment.
As well as the mandatory units, there are a range of optional units which are aligned to specific job roles (depending on the type of administrative support your employees provide, such as managing customer relations, dealing with financial information and organising meetings). This is a Government led initiative and subject to eligibility this qualification will be free to your staff.
